Returns Policy

We will accept returns of unwashed and unworn products with tags attached within 7 days of receiving item. Store credit only.  Due to ever changing inventory and limited extras, exchanges are not promised and will be based on availability only. 

Please email HalleAnns@yahoo.com in order to initiate a return/exchange. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.  Items ordered through pre-orders, sale items, swim wear, and accessories are a final sale. 

Should you by chance receive an item that is defective  or an item sent in error you must contact us within 7 days of tracking showing delivered with photos of the defect. We will take care of you with a replacement quickly and hassle free!
